Foundational Early Learning Academy (FELA) is an early childhood education and childcare center created from a passion for early childhood education and the belief that a child’s earliest years create the foundation for lifelong learning and success. We provide a safe, nurturing, inclusive, structured, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, build confidence, and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
